Persona I:

A student who registered for the first academic year. Downloads the app for the first time and trying to figure out how to use it.

He heard about University's mobile app from his friend and downloads it for himself. After downloading, he tries to log in with personal mail, but he corrects it with his school mail when he saw the error. When he logged in app's onboarding is welcomes himself to the homepage. When he arrives on the home page, he sees explanatory overlays for the features that the app has. He goes into the profile and taps to student card, and sees where to/how to use it. Whenever he taps into a new page that has hidden features, he examines related explanations.

Persona II:

2nd Grade Visual Communication Design Student. In a hurry to catch up on the following lecture. Does not know which building & classroom that lesson will take place.

She is running late for class in santralistanbul. So she needs to look at which building that course will take place. That is why she opens her Bilgi App, and just before looking at it, she needs to pass the turnstile at the campus entrance. Therefore she goes to profile via her picture on the top right corner and taps for the students' card. After scanning her card to the turnstile, she turns back to the homepage and sees the upcoming lesson's building and classroom information on the top of the page without even touching anything.

Persona III:

Hardworking project uploader student. Checks upcoming projects and deadlines. Submits project documents via the app.

He has a project to upload, so he goes into VCD 415 course and goes to the assignments; then he taps into assignment 3. Rereads the brief if there is any misunderstanding and uploads his project file. After that, he adds a comment to a project and sent it. Later that, he checks notifications and taps into announcements if anything requires any action by himself.

Persona IV:

Student who wants to take a school shuttle from santralistanbul to Beşiktaş and looking for shuttle arrival times.

She is running out from school after her lessons and willing to go to Beşiktaş from santralistanbul. So she opens the Bilgi App, scrolls down for the shuttle hours, and checks where she wants to go. After she ended in the shuttle, she opens her profile which is on the top right corner; opens her student card to show the driver that she is a student at the University. After she is seated, she checks the installments that she paid or not on the accounting page.
